Your agent asks. Tuvoz calls.
Give your AI agent a real US phone line. Tuvoz's voice agent says it's your AI assistant, asks your agent when it needs something mid-call, and phones you if your agent can't answer. $0.12 a minute, billed per second, with a 30-second minimum per answered call leg, including calls to your own phone.
Tuvoz is in private testing. Public sign-up opens soon.

Limits
What Tuvoz won't do
Your agent can't turn these off, and the hosted service has no setting for them.
The open-source bridge has the same rules for honesty, recording consent, opt-outs, voicemail and which numbers it calls. The checks on what a call is for, and on card numbers and codes in briefs, run only in the hosted service.
- Pretend to be you or a human. It says it's your AI assistant on every call.
- Record anyone who says no. The call ends and Tuvoz keeps nothing they said (our AI voice provider processes the call live and may keep it for a limited time for abuse monitoring).
- Call a number again after someone asks it to stop.
- Call 911, 988 or other emergency and crisis lines.
- Call a business or another person before 9 AM or after 8 PM their time. Only calls to your own phone, like a question during a call, can come earlier or later.
- Read out card numbers, bank details, passwords or one-time codes.
- Make sales, political, fundraising or debt collection calls.
- Leave a voicemail unless you ask it to.
- Call numbers outside the US.
FAQ
Questions people ask
The short answers. The long ones are in the guides and the legal pages.
Does the person I'm calling know it's an AI?
Yes. Every call opens with a scripted line such as "Hi! I'm Jane Doe's AI assistant, calling through Tuvoz about a table for 4 tonight." If anyone asks whether they're talking to a person, it says it's an AI assistant. There is no setting that changes this.
What if they don't want to be recorded?
Right after the opener, Tuvoz asks: "Just so you know, Tuvoz records this call, and it may be used to train AI. Other AI companies may get a transcript with names and numbers removed. Is that okay with you?" If they say no, it says goodbye, hangs up and keeps nothing they said. Our AI voice provider processes their words live to run the call and may keep them for a limited time for abuse monitoring, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Which agents work with Tuvoz?
Claude Code, Codex, claude.ai, Meta Muse and OpenClaw today. Paste "Set up Tuvoz: https://tuvoz.io/agents" into Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw or Muse; on claude.ai you upload the skill zip in Customize, then Skills. ChatGPT dots is coming soon.
What happens when my agent doesn't know an answer?
The voice agent asks your agent through the call's event stream and keeps the conversation going. If your agent isn't watching, Tuvoz calls your phone after 3 seconds; if it is watching but can't answer within 30 seconds, Tuvoz calls you then and asks you directly.
How much does it cost?
$0.12 a minute, billed per second, with a 30-second minimum per answered call leg, including calls to your own phone. Unanswered, busy and failed calls cost nothing. You get 15 free minutes to start. Free plan includes training on your calls. Top-ups start at $5.
Who can Tuvoz call?
US numbers only: listed businesses, your own phone, and people you confirm agreed to AI calls (you add them in the dashboard first). It can't call unlisted landlines, like home phones that aren't listed as businesses, yet. It never calls 911, 988 or other N11 numbers. Calls to businesses and other people go out only between 9 AM and 8 PM their time; calls to your own phone, like a question during a call, aren't limited to those hours.
What do you do with call data?
Calls are recorded and transcribed, and calls where the other person agreed may be used to train AI. Other AI companies only ever get de-identified transcripts, with names and numbers removed. Paid plans can turn training off for new calls. Calls with a child, and the calls Tuvoz makes to your phone to ask you something mid-call, are never used. Read the details at tuvoz.io/how-we-use-data.
Can I run it myself?
Yes. The call engine (tuvoz-ai/bridge on GitHub) is MIT licensed. Bring your own Twilio and Gemini keys, run tuvoz-bridge serve, and point the same skill at your server.
